This is an addendum to my recent; first review of the book which was somewhat jaded because of my own feelings towards A.A. and its 12-steps (especially the choose your own higher power and God as you understand him, stuff). Being a Christian/Catholic, I can't choose my own higher power, it already had been ordained with me, beginning with the sacrament of Baptism. So when I read the 11th step in Paul's book, my initial perception was that the author's book was just another rearranged, re-packaged version of 12-step recovery. IT ISN'T! It is a deeply spiritual book, laden with scriptures and helpful comments and thoughts about recovery and healing. Also, Paul's delivery on the rosary is excellent. This is a great book! Especially for someone that wants ongoing healing, not just parrot-like "recovery" slogans that are not scripture or Christian/Catholic.Product details

A very good guide to the rosary for recovering alcoholics and addicts. Only criticism is that I wish it were avaliable in more languages.
